No Return Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges once the order is delivered.
As a small business, we are unable to process returns for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Liking issues
- Incorrect selection by customer
We request you to check product details carefully before placing your order.
Replacement of Damaged Products (In Transit Only)
Your happiness matters to us.
Returns or replacements are applicable only in case of damage during transit.
To claim damage:
✔ You must share a clear unboxing video.
✔ The video must be recorded from start to finish
✔ The parcel should be unopened in the video
✔ The damage must be clearly visible
Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process any claims.
* Any product damaging at your hands cannot be accepted for refund.
Claim Timeframe
- Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Share the unboxing video on our WhatsApp or Email
After verification, we will offer:
* Replacement (if stock is available)
OR
* Store credit / refund (if replacement is unavailable)
Important Notes
- Minor color variations due to lighting are not considered damage
- Slight design finishing variations are not defects
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
- If approved for return, ensure the product is in its original condition and accompanied by all original packaging, including the jewellery boxes.
- Once your product for return is received, allow 2 business days for the refunds to be credited back to your bank used for purchase.
