Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses to accept a shipment without prior approval from F I JEWEL, any applicable shipping, handling, and return charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
Changes to Orders
Customers wishing to modify an order should contact us as soon as possible before proceed.
While we will make every effort to accommodate changes, modifications cannot be guaranteed once order processing has begun.
Right to Refuse Cancellation
